The start of my Health Journey -
In
June 2018, around five and a half years ago, I tipped the scales at 185.5
kilos.
I
joined the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, and I lost 100 kilos in two years,
reaching my goal in June 2020.
And
I'm proud to say that for the last three and a half years, I've successfully
maintained a healthy weight range.
I've Reclaimed My Life!
Successful
weight loss and maintenance has given me a new lease on life!
I
now have a completely different view on life.
Since
losing that weight, I have RECLAIMED MY LIFE!
Celebration time -
In
fact, in June 2022, to celebrate two years of successful maintenance, I
completed one of my lifelong dreams.
I
experienced a tandem skydive in Queenstown, New Zealand.
It
truly was the most exhilarating experience of my life.
Mindset -
In the first two years of my Health Journey, where I lost 100 kilos, maintaining a positive mindset, and keeping motivated, were critical to my initial successful weight loss.
And now my motivation and positive mindset keep me on track as part of the continued success of my ongoing maintenance.
Having the right mindset has been a critical component of the success on my Health Journey.
It has helped me create and maintain a healthy relationship with food, which has been the key to my initial and continuing success.
The right mindset has helped me transition away from my old, self destructive habits, and form new healthy habits.
These new healthy habits have helped me create a new healthy lifestyle.
A healthy lifestyle that is SUSTAINABLE!

My life experience brings a totally different perspective to that of a dietitian with only clinical experience, or a personal trainer who has never lived with obesity for most of their life like I have.
Real World Strategies -
I share my real-life tips and strategies that I’ve used while losing weight, as well as the ones I still currently use to maintain my healthy weight. The strategies I use when I go off track. We ALL go off track. That is just the reality of losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight once you reach goal.
Regular Online Group Mentoring Sessions -
You'll join our regular weekly face to face Online Group Mentoring Sessions where I provide mentoring for your mindset. The Sessions are held over Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are, on whatever device you have.
And the best part of the Group Mentoring Sessions is that the agenda is dynamic and driven by YOU and the other participants in the Session.
Our Sessions are primarily focused on mindset and motivation, but as the agenda is dynamic, you can discuss whatever you need at the time. Our Sessions are always a Safe Space, and you can share as little or as much as you feel comfortable. After the Session, you'll get access to a downloadable recording of each session for future reference.
